PHOENIX — Valley golf fans already know the WM Phoenix is an incredible event. With the addition of a performance by Post Malone at the famed 16th hole, the 2024 tournament will be a downright party.
The GRAMMY award-nominated artist was announced Thursday as the performer for the 2024 "Concert in the Coliseum" show on Feb. 3. The show is a 21-and-over event and will take place on a massive stage built in the middle of the 16th hole. Venue gates will open for the special Saturday night show at 3:30 p.m.
“The Concert in the Coliseum is a unique tradition at ‘The People’s Open’ and an event worthy of a truly transcendent musical talent in Post Malone,” said 2024 WM Phoenix Open Tournament Chairman George Thimsen. “His unbelievable stage presence and one-of-a-kind sound is going to kick off WM Phoenix Open week with a bang. We couldn’t be more excited to see him on stage.”
General admission tickets for the kickoff to the WM Phoenix Open week are expected to go on sale Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. at www.WMPhoenixOpen.com.
Post Malone will be performing at the third year of the show. Previous concert headliners included Maroon 5, Walker Hayes, Thomas Rhett and Old Dominion.
The 2024 WM Phoenix Open will take place Feb. 5-11 at TPC Scottsdale. For more information on tickets and other event news, visit www.wmphoenixopen.com.
