Red Hot Chili Peppers, Hozier headlining Tempe's Innings Festival

The sixth annual Innings Festival will include performances from Jimmy Eat World, Third Eye Blind, and Macklemore.

TEMPE, Ariz. — Come out from "under the bridge" and walk to the "otherside" of Tempe Town Lake, because the Red Hot Chili Peppers are coming to play.

The 6th annual Innings Festival has announced the California-based rock band as its headlining act for Friday, Feb. 23, located at Tempe Beach Park.

Other acts performing that day include Greta Van Fleet, Matt and Kim, Phantogram, 311, The Beaches, and Jimmy Eat World.

Hozier is headlining the second day of the baseball-themed music festival on Feb. 24 alongside Macklemore, Young the Giant, Cannons, Mac Saturn and Third Eye Blind.

Several baseball legends will be making appearances throughout the festival.

A new Extra Innings Festival is scheduled to occur the following weekend on March 1-2 at the same location. Big acts expected to play during this weekend include Chris Stapleton, Sheryl Crow, Gin Blossoms, and Dave Matthews Band.

The presale for tickets will start on Nov. 9. More information can be found here.
