GILBERT, Ariz. — An alleged member of the 'Gilbert Goons,' already convicted for his role in an assault in an In-N-Out parking lot in August 2023, has been arrested again and charged with trespassing and threatening, according to the Gilbert Police Department.
Police said 19-year-old Deleon Haynes was arrested on Friday in connection with two incidents.
The first happened on June 12, when a homeowner called the department because they wanted Haynes removed from their property. Police said Haynes had lived at the home but had been kicked out two weeks earlier.
Haynes admitted to officers that he unlawfully entered the home and got into an argument with his ex-girlfriend, who is a juvenile.
Haynes was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and two counts of disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.
The second incident happened on Friday when a juvenile told Gilbert police that Haynes had allegedly made threats at them and one of their family members.
Haynes was arrested again and charged with two counts of using an electronic device to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass and two counts of disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.
Haynes has been booked for both incidents and is being held on bond by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
This comes just weeks after Haynes was sentenced to three years of supervised probation and 100 hours of community service for a violent robbery and assault that happened in the parking lot of an In-N-Out restaurant in Gilbert in August 2023.
The Gilbert Police Department said the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has made the Maricopa County Attorney's Office aware of the latest charges against Haynes.
