FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — A 20-year-old has been booked into jail after a man was found shot to death in a Flagstaff residence on Oct. 13.
The Flagstaff Police Department said 21-year-old Dylan Carter was found dead from a gunshot wound at a residence located on Canyon Terrace Drive.
Philip Green, 20, was located outside of the residence and was taken into custody. Green is facing a charge of manslaughter, police said.
