State regulators pushing for further changes at Hacienda Healthcare
Arizona regulators are calling out Hacienda Healthcare for the second time in two days. They say the facility isn't following the state's orders to let an outside management company take over. State lawmakers say they are looking for new homes for Hacienda patients.
