Charlie Foxtrot: Veteran wins his battle for an honorable discharge
A veteran's three-year battle to change his general discharge from the military to an honorable discharge has come to an end. We first told you about Jeff Osterhoudt as part of an on-going series about veterans who've been kicked out of the military for PTSD-related reasons. Jeff won his battle for an honorable discharge and now he gets to adopt his stepdaughter and he will get access to VA benefits.
