Former Phoenix police officer who punched a suspect in cuffs sentenced to probation
Surveillance video of a Phoenix police officer punching and slapping a suspect in cuffs led to the termination of officer Timothy Baiardi, who had spent 18 years with the department. Baiard was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation.
