High-efficiency appliances and fixtures contribute to the city's overall water conservation goals by offering an easy solution. These items can significantly reduce indoor and outdoor water usage. All you need to do is make the switch.
Each new toilet and irrigation controller will save 10,000 gallons of water annually. This is a huge, lifetime savings in water and money.
Phoenix residents can receive up to $75 for the purchase and installation of an EPA WaterSense-labeled toilet or irrigation controller. Once you have purchased and installed an EPA WaterSense-labeled toilet or irrigation controller, you can apply for financial incentives through myPHX311.
If you don't have a myPHX311 account, you can create one or use the website as a guest by using your city services bill information. Applicants must provide a W-9 form, proof of actual residence, and additional documentation listed online.
Customers who live in single-family homes can participate. Renters who live in single-family homes are also eligible if they provide a letter from the landlord showing the work was approved.
Once you have all supporting documents, submit them online here: https://phxatyourservice.dynamics365portals.us/billdocuments/.
Applicants will receive the incentive in the form of a check. Checks will be mailed to the account on file for your city services bill. Please allow up to 90 days to receive the check.
If you're not a Phoenix resident, chances are your city also participates in a water rebate program. This website will take you to all participating Arizona cities.
