West Valley sees rain for second day in a row

Several storms moved through Arizona on Tuesday.

PHOENIX — Storms in northern Arizona Tuesday caused an outflow boundary that brought high winds to the Valley. Storms also started popping up in the West Valley right around 8 p.m.
