Below normal temperatures this week

Another cold front will sweep across Arizona later this week.

PHOENIX — Below normal temperatures will stick around this week, with valley highs in the 70s. The normal high for the Phoenix Metro on this date is 82 degrees.

The next cold front will sweep across Arizona Wednesday into Thursday. By Wednesday, this system will return the next round of snow to the mountains. Snow levels will stay above 5,500 feet with some accumulation expected between Wednesday & Thursday. Right now, it looks like the lower deserts will stay dry. On Thursday, valley highs will barely muster 70 degrees. We do return to the low 80s again this weekend.
