PHOENIX — Expect above normal temperatures to continue into the weekend. Look for Saturday Valley highs in the lower 80s and high-country highs in the 60s. Flagstaff will reach 60 degrees under a partly sunny sky.
On Sunday, clouds and winds will increase across Arizona. We will remain dry, but temperatures will gradually trend downward. Sunday lower desert highs will reach the upper 70s and the high-country will return to the 50s and 60s under a mostly cloudy sky. Southwest winds will gust to 35 mph.
The next weather system will bring showers and high elevation snowflakes to northern Arizona on Wednesday. The cold front will sweep through dry for the rest of State 48. Valley highs will return to the 70s for the rest of the week.
Thanksgiving will feature overall pleasant weather. Expect a mix of sun and clouds, with lower desert highs in the middle 70s and high-country highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s.
