Dust storm seen in parts of the south Valley

More extreme weather has come to the Valley after torrential rain left some areas damaged and flooded.

PHOENIX — A dust storm warning was issued on Sunday for parts of the south Valley that stretches through Pinal County.

This comes after a torrent of rain dropped nearly two inches of rain in some parts of the Valley the night before, causing flooding and damage to some areas.

3:38 p.m. - NWS reported gusting wind and blowing dust in the west Valley.

3.13 p.m. - Blowing dust was seen in the Phoenix area.

2:45 p.m. - A dust storm warning is in effect for a stretch of I-10.
