MESA, Ariz. — The Mesa Arts Center, located in downtown Mesa, is Arizona's largest arts center and is home to four theaters, five art galleries and 14 art studios.
Along with shows and exhibitions, visitors can also participate in a variety of classes offered daily in the center's art studios for adults and children.
Classes include ceramics, drawing, painting, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal sculpting, writing, photography, dancing, acting and more. To check out all of the classes and sign-ups, visit the official arts center website.
Some of the artists who teach or take classes here also sell their artwork inside the store which is located across from the museum at the Mesa Arts Center.
While you're shopping, one of the co-op artists will always be on-site doing a demonstration that you can watch. Demonstrating artists will share insights behind the work, answer your questions and help you while shopping for yourself or a gift.
Some of the money from each sale goes to support the engagement programs of Mesa Arts Center.
