PHOENIX — Intermittent closures are planned on the Beeline highway (State Route 87) near Scottsdale for three weekends in May, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Drivers using the Beeline Highway can expect closures on the north- and southbound State Route 87 between Lindsay and Stapley drives, for a Western Area Power Administration project, according to ADOT.
The intermittent closures can last up to 15 minutes and may occur during the following times:
- 9 p.m. Fridays to 5 a.m. Saturdays
- 12 p.m. Saturdays to 12 p.m. Sundays
- 8 p.m. Sundays to 5 a.m. Mondays
The project will require intermittent closures for the following weekends:
- May 3-6
- May 10-13
- May 17-20
