SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Northbound Loop 101 (Pima) has reopened at Raintree Drive after a crash Tuesday afternoon, but delays remain in the area.
A Toyota Forerunner struck the rear of a tractor-trailer on the 101, the Department of Public Safety said.
