PHOENIX — A serious crash Wednesday night on the eastbound lanes of I-10 in Ahwatukee is causing major traffic delays.
The three-car crash happened near the Warner Road exit. DPS said that one of the vehicles that collided is a tour bus.
Five people - three women and two men - were hospitalized, but no one on the bus was hurt, troopers said.
Video from ADOT showed all eastbound lanes of traffic blocked, but DPS said the highway is expected to reopen around 9:30 p.m.
ADOT said people should still expect delays and drivers in the area should look for alternate routes.
Troopers are investigating how the crash happened.
