GLENDALE, Ariz. — A crash between a car and motorcycle shut down all lanes of Grand Avenue in Glendale Thursday night. The roadway was closed for several hours, but reopened Friday morning.
The crash happened near U.S. 60 (Grand Avenue) and Bethany Home Road just before 6:30 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
Two people, one in the car and the motorcyclist, were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The road reopened around 5:15 a.m. on Friday, according to ADOT. There is no word on extent of injuries at this time.
