DPS: 7 cars involved in crash in I-10 tunnel, injuries unknown

PHOENIX — Authorities responded to a seven-vehicle crash on the westbound lanes of Interstate 10 in the Dean Lindsey Memorial Tunnel in Phoenix.

Although people were hurt in the Tuesday morning crash, authorities haven't been able to confirm the extent of injuries yet, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The cause of the crash is currently unknown.

DPS said the vehicles were moved to the right shoulder after the crash, however all lanes are now open after a short delay.
