PHOENIX — A deadly rollover crash closed the southbound lanes of Loop 202 near Southern Avenue Tuesday afternoon, according to the Department of Public Safety.
Officials said the roadway reopened around 7:45 p.m., following the one-vehicle crash.
According to authorities, a white SUV rolled over and landed on its roof.
A person in the SUV has died, and a second person is alive with unknown injuries, authorities said.
There is no estimate for how long the roadway will remain closed.
