PHOENIX — Two crashes caused backups Wednesday afternoon in the northbound lanes of Interstate 17 near Anthem, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
In a separate incident, a wrong-way driver was stopped on the highway and cited, ADOT said. But no crashes or injuries were reported in that incident.
No other information has been released.
