Crash in the West Valley sends two people to the hospital

The crash happened on Sunday near the intersection of 55th and Missouri Avenues in Glendale. Here are the latest details.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Two people were sent to the hospital, one with serious injuries, after a crash in Glendale on Sunday, according to the city's police department

Police say the crash happened at the intersection of 55th and Missouri avenues after a vehicle did not stop at a stop sign and crashed into another car. 

Two people were taken to a nearby hospital and one of them was seriously injured. 

No other details about the crash or the victims were released. 

Police are still at the intersection investigating the crash.
