PHOENIX — Three people are in critical condition following a two-car crash on Saturday night.
Firefighters responded to the crash at Interstate 10 and Warner Road around 7:30 p.m., the Phoenix Fire Department said.
First responders' initial reports indicate that a high rate of speed led to a rear-end crash. One person needed to be extricated, officials said.
A total of three patients were transported to the hospital, including a pregnant woman.
An investigation is ongoing.
