PHOENIX — A man has died after a collision with multiple vehicles involved on one of the state's busiest roadways, Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers said.
One of the vehicles drove into a wall around West Pinnacle Peak Road exit of I-17 and caused other collisions in the area, troopers said. There were three vehicles involved in the crash.
A man was pronounced dead at the scene, DPS said. A woman was transported to a local trauma facility and three others were transported to local hospitals in stable condition.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation, troopers said. The identity of any of those involved have not yet been released.
