You don't have to have dreams of being an Olympian to train like one.

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - A training facility in Flagstaff uses the 7,000-foot elevation to its advantage to train athletes into Olympians.

HYPO2 hosted thousands of athletes leading up to the 2016 Rio Olympic games.

More than 200 of those athletes from 30 countries made Olympic teams and competed in Rio; 39 of them won Olympic and Paralympic medals.

But you don't have to have dreams of being an Olympian to train like one.
