New look, same vibes: Mr. ORNG debuts new look at Suns game

Mr. ORNG, also known as Patrick Battillo, retired his orange paint at the Suns home opener.

PHOENIX — Mr. ORNG retired his orange paint but not his orange vibes.

The iconic Phoenix Suns fan debuted his new look on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Halloween Tuesday.

Editor's note: The above video is from a previous broadcast.

Patrick Battillo and his paint have been a staple at Phoenix Suns games for over a decade. His orange shoes, leggings, shirt, glasses, wig and orange paint made him easy to spot in the crowd.

But Battillo recently said in a post on X that he does not want to “risk the long-term impact of wearing paint,” and he was going to retire the iconic look.

“This is season 14 and I want to ensure I have many more to come!” Battillo said.

If you see him at the game, don't be afraid to say hello and ask him for a photo!
