Spring training mania: Resale tickets going for as much as $700

Want to sit behind home plate for the Dodgers and Reds game Friday evening? That'll be $706. Lawn seats? More than $400.

PHOENIX — Spring training ticket prices are looking more like World Series ticket prices in Arizona.

For Friday night's game between the Dodgers and Reds, lawn seats are going for more than $400 on Seat Geek and Ticketmaster.

Want to sit behind the plate (and a little to the left) for the same game? That'll be $706. The lowest-priced ticket is $99.

For comparison, tickets for Game 3 of the World Series started at $454, tickets for Game 4 started at $403 and tickets for Game 5 started at $430.

Prices are sky-high for not just the Dodgers and Reds game.

The lowest-priced ticket for some of the upcoming games is $47.
