What happened with the Diamondbacks 3rd base coach at Game 3 of the World Series?

There was a pivotal moment in Game 3 of the World Series involving Christian Walker and the D-backs' 3rd base coach. Here's what happened.

PHOENIX — Game 3 of the World Series between the Arizona Diamondbacks and Texas Rangers is underway at Chase Field in Downtown Phoenix and a pivotal moment took place early in the game.

In the second inning, fans gave Diamondbacks first baseman Christian Walker a standing ovation as he walked up to the plate for his first at-bat. Walker responded by hitting the first pitch he saw to the wall in front of the Chase Field pool for a double.

Designated hitter Tommy Pham came up to bat next and hit a single and Walker rounded third and tried to score, running through a stop running sign from D-backs' third base coach Tony Perezchica, and was thrown out at home plate.

Perezchica was originally giving Walker a sign to keep running, but made a late change to the stop sign.

It is not clear whether Walker saw the sign.
