PHOENIX- On Sunday, the Arizona Diamondbacks selected Mike Freeman from Triple-A Reno and placed Chris Herrmann on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right hamstring.
Freeman will make his major league debut with the D-Backs on Sunday.
In 88 games in Reno, he's hitting .317 with 17 doubles, 6 triples, 1 homer and 24 RBI.
