TEMPE, Ariz. — Everyone is in the Halloween spirit. Even the baseball team at Arizona State University.
And if a recent video posted by Head Coach Willie Bloomquist is any indication, their spirit is a home run.
In a video posted by Bloomquist on X, formerly Twitter, he shared a snippet of the team's recent "costume scrimmage." The 15-second clip shows a player at home plate dressed up as the character, Sully, from the film "Monsters, Inc."
The unidentified player is seen taking a swing and making contact with the ball. We then see the player hilariously shuffle down the first base line.
People can be heard cheering as he made contact and immediately laughing as he ran towards first base.

Some of the other costumed players included Spider-man, some Average Joe's, a construction worker and an alien.
Looks like Sully might be worth putting on scholarship?
