The answer to this question can be found in this incredible YouTube video that is making the rounds on the internet.
Posted by YouTube user Linkerius, the video shows a pilot pouring bottled water into a cup. A not-so-amazing feat until you realize he's pouring the water while the plane is upside down.
It's a pretty awesome effect and it doesn't involve any magic at all, just physics.
