Today, Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Flagstaff) is responding after his opponent for November's general election made a shocking move that made national headlines.
Yesterday, House of Representatives candidate for Arizona's 4th district, Dr. David Brill released a political ad that featured six of current Rep. Paul Gosar's siblings. In the ad, Gosar's siblings endorse Brill and ask voters to vote out their brother.
That video can be seen below.
Rep. Gosar took to Twitter today to respond to what his siblings had to say in the ad. He has since deleted the tweets.
In one tweet, Rep. Gosar said, "My siblings who chose to film ads against me are all liberal democrats who hate President Trump. These disgruntled Hillary supporters are related by blood to me, but like leftists everywhere, they put political ideology before family. Stalin would be proud."
