PHOENIX — Turning Point Action announced Monday that former President Donald Trump is planning to visit Phoenix on June 6.
A week after Trump made history by becoming the first former president to be convicted of felony crimes, the politician is expected to visit Dream City Church for a town hall event.
“President Trump has proven time and again that he is an absolute force of nature that the left fears more than any other," Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point Action, said in a statement. "Arizonans see the true threat to democracy, and Trump’s movement is at record levels.”
The former president is expected to answer questions from local voters. Arizona has proven to be a competitive state in recent years after multiple Democratic candidates won statewide races in 2018, 2020 and 2022.
Information on getting tickets to the event can be found here.
