MESA, Ariz. - Mesa police say they've arrested a man for raping two women he contacted through ads on backpage.com.
The incidents have happened in the last two weeks.
victims told police that Darryl Kenneth Payne did not pay them for sexual intercourse.
Payne is charged with sexual assault, sexual abuse and kidnapping.
