MESA, Ariz. — Somebody who bought a lottery ticket in the East Valley has won $7.8 million after Saturday's drawing.
The Arizona Lottery said a Pick ticket purchased at a Bashas' store near Brown and Ellsworth roads yielded a huge jackpot for its lucky recipient.

The winning numbers for Sept. 7 were 4, 8, 15, 17, 31 and 41.
The Arizona Lottery said a Powerball ticket purchased from a Safeway store in Tucson is now worth $50,000 after Saturday's drawing.
Three Mega Millions tickets each produced a jackpot worth $10,000 after Friday's drawing. The tickets were bought at the following locations:
- Shop N Save Market, 4702 South 35th Ave, Phoenix
- Circle K, 3402 North 16th Street, Phoenix
- Fry's Marketplace, 25105 South Ellsworth Rd, Queen Creek
