Farm Fire burns about 30 miles north of Congress in Yavapai County, Iron Horse Road evacuation status lowered to 'READY'

Everyone in the surrounding area should be 'READY' to leave at any time, according to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.

YAVAPAI COUNTY, Ariz. — Fire crews are currently fighting the Farm Fire, burning about 30 miles north of Congress since Aug. 8.

The state is working closely with multiple fire districts and is sending overhead and hand crews, according to the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.

How many acres has it burned? 

The Farm Fire has burned 120-150 acres and is 0% contained as of Aug. 8, fire officials said.

There are no communities under the "GO" order.

There are no communities under the "SET" order.
