A woman who was arrested for DUI Sunday had a BAC of .14, nearly two times the legal limit, with three kids in her vehicle, police said.
Court documents showed a patrol officer pulled 26-year-old Shandrea Domingo over after watching her swerve and hit a curb while driving in Tempe.
The officer reported Domingo fumbled with paperwork and had a strong odor of an "intoxicating beverage."
According to court paperwork, the officer observed several indications that Domingo was drunk during field sobriety tests. A breath test showed her BAC was .14.
Court documents also showed that Domingo has three kids, a 6-month-old infant, a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, in her vehicle at the time of her arrest.
Domingo admitted to drinking earlier and said she left a bar and thought she had waited long enough, according to court paperwork.
She was arrested and booked for six counts of aggravated DUI.
