Who's sitting in the VIP section at Trump's Glendale rally?

Several seats were set aside in the first two rows of the Desert Diamond Arena for politicians and high-profile guests.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — Thousands of people were expected to fill the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale for a campaign rally for former President Donald Trump. 

Roughly 15,000 people were expected to attend the rally either in the arena or overflow seating at a nearby hotel, according to the Glendale Police Department. 

The first two rows of seating at the arena however were set aside for VIPs expected to attend the rally. 

Signs on seats showed several Arizona Republican politicians were expected to attend as well as current and former professional athletes. 

Expected attendees:

  • Kari Lake, Candidate for Senate 
  • Rep. Paul Gosar, (AZ-9) 
  • Budda Baker, Arizona Cardinals safety
  • Mark Grace, Former Arizona Diamondbacks first baseman
  • Mark Lamb, Pinal County Sheriff

Lake, Lamb and Gosar were also expected to speak at the event.
