PEORIA, Ariz. — A vehicle hit an electrical box in Peoria, police said.
The crash occurred near 75th Avenue and Cactus Road Thursday afternoon, Peoria police said. The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police said 75th Avenue southbound between Bloomfield Road and Sweetwater Avenue will be closed while officers investigate the crash.
Police said they do not know yet if impairment or speed was a factor in the crash. Police also did not release the name of the driver.
