AVONDALE, Ariz. - Arizona Department of Transportation detectives cited an Avondale man accused of selling more than 100 vehicles without a dealer license.
Daniel Miranda, 35, was cited after arranging for a detective to buy a vehicle advertised for sale.
According to ADOT, Miranda had sold 124 vehicles in the last 11 months without a license, something they call "curbstoning."
State law allows an individual to sell up to six vehicles in a 12-month period without a dealer's license.
