PHOENIX — Multiple people sustained injuries Sunday afternoon after a car crash involving a tour bus near Lake Pleasant.

An infant and 3-year-old girl were flown to local hospitals after a Toyota Tacoma they were traveling in was involved in a crash with a tour bus near State Route 74 and Castle Hot Springs Road.
Two adults, including the driver, in the Tacoma sustained critical injuries.
Several occupants of the tour bus complained of neck pain, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The crash remains under investigation.
