Crews were called out to the restaurant at about 2:30 a.m. When they arrived they found smoke coming from inside the building, the fire department said.

Capt. Todd Keller, the fire department's public information officer, said the source of the blaze was found to be in the wall of the restaurant.

Keller said the crews were about to stop the fire from spreading to neighboring businesses.

"A ladder company was sent to the roof to assure the flames had not extended into the attic," Keller said.

The restaurant has water and smoke damage. It will be closed for repairs to take place, Keller said.

No one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, Keller said.
