PHOENIX - The 18-year-old who was arrested in connection with a cyber attack on Valley 911 systems has been indicted by a state grand jury.
Meetkumar Desai was arrest in October after multiple law enforcement agencies received hundreds of hang-up 911 calls.
Desai later admitted to creating the bug that caused the hang-up calls.
Desai is facing four counts of computer tampering.
