SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Two homes in Scottsdale were damaged by a fire that was fought by crews from three cities, according to Scottsdale fire.
The department said the fire started in one home on Valley View Road, just south of McDonald Drive and east of Chaparral Park, and extended to a second home.
It was fought by crews from the Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix Fire Departments. They were able to stop the fire from growing after it jumped to the second home.
Scottsdale fire did not say how many people were displaced or how badly the homes were damaged.
No one was hurt.
