A Scottsdale bakery apparently has some delicious eats for great deals.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - A Valley bakery is in the spotlight as one of the most affordable eateries in the country.

The Great Australian Bakery in Old Town Scottsdale was featured on The Cooking Channel’s "Cheap Eats" Wednesday night! In the 13th episode of season 4, the host Ali Khan, author of the blog "Bang for Your Burger Buck," is looking for some “Hot Deals in the Desert.”

He’s on a mission to find the best deals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. If you’ve never seen the show, you have to tune in.

Ali has 12 hours and only $35 to find the best deals:

He starts out strong with a double serving of Southern barbecue scones, piled high with savory pulled pork. Then he tracks down a cottage pie, at the Great Australian Bakery of course, just like the ones found on the streets of Sydney, Australia. As the afternoon heats up, he cools off with a homemade cookie ice cream sandwich that brings out the kid in him. Finally, he lands a pizza deal for dinner that delivers big flavor with a small price tag.

The Great Australian Bakery as featured on the show at 7 p.m. Wednesday night. Head over to the bakery to snack on some delicious selections at the viewing party.
