A Valley organization is spearheading the rescues of dogs from South Korea. The dogs are being flown to Arizona to be fostered and hopefully to end up being adopted.

Advocates in South Korea rescue the dogs found at dog meat farms, in hoarding situations or being held at kill shelters. The advocates work with Lore Anne Brown to get them to Arizona.

Lore Anne Brown is the owner of Labrador Friends of Arizona. She coordinates the dogs' travel once in the United States.

In total, multiple dogs either have or are awaiting transport to Arizona.
