A pre-trial conference is set for today for a former Tempe massage therapist who allegedly committed a sexual assault on a client. Gabriel Lopez was arrested more than a year ago according to Tempe police.
Lopez was working for Massage Envy at 315 W. Elliot Rd. in Tempe when the alleged incident occurred on June 18, 2014, Tempe police said.
Lopez has denied the accusations, but Tempe police detectives said they have DNA evidence to prove their case.
