PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix police say a suspect is being sought in the fatal shooting of a man in an apartment Tuesday morning.
Sgt. Mercedes Fortune says the male suspect drove off in a four-door silver vehicle with minor collision damage to its right side.
The incident occurred on the 1700 block of West Mountain View Road near North 19th and West Dunlap avenues. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
