PHOENIX — A man was found dead with signs of trauma next to a dumpster in west Phoenix, police said.
Phoenix police were called to an apartment complex near 55th Avenue and Indian School Road on Tuesday morning for a subject not responding next to the dumpster.
When officers got to the area, they found a dead man.
"Further information into the cause and manner of the man’s death will not be known until a separate investigation is completed by the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office," police said.
If anyone has information on the identity of the suspect, or surveillance video showing suspicious activity in the area at the time of this incident, they are encouraged to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO.
