GOODYEAR, Ariz. — A small plane was forced to make an emergency crash landing in the West Valley Saturday morning. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported.
The two-person single-engine Cessna 172 started experiencing mechanical problems while in flight and was directed to land on Via Villa in Goodyear, according to the city police department.

The cause of the mechanical issue is currently unknown and the National Transportation Safety Board is handling the investigation.
