An Animal Planet film crew was following the Arizona Humane Society when they were called to a report of a cat stuck in a palm tree in West Phoenix.
A resident nearby said the cat had been up in the tree for at least three days.
The Humane Society decided it was best to call in the big guns.
A Phoenix Fire ladder truck responded to the trapped feline and were able to get the cat out of the tree unharmed.
With four paws now on the ground, The Humane Society gave the cat food and water and the cat is now being seen by the Humane Societies medical staff.
